Refund policy

CLOTHING/SHOES/ACCESSORIES:
We offer a 14-day return policy counting from the day you receive your parcel. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • All items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact.
  • Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

Customers are responsible for their own returns.

To initiate a return, simply submit a return request by contacting the 'Contact Us' page and select the return option, stating your order reference number and the reason for your return.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products with opened seals, sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


RETURN DELIVERY COSTS:
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs. Saturday are happy refund the postage costs for items that are being returned due to error, such as receiving the wrong item, or if it is damaged or faulty.


REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
